 安慶石化裝置首用機(jī)泵油霧潤滑新系統(tǒng)
截至3月10日，安慶石化催化裝置34臺(tái)機(jī)泵全部由“油浸式”潤滑改為“強(qiáng)制式”油霧潤滑。其中已有12臺(tái)機(jī)泵經(jīng)改造后已陸續(xù)投入正常運(yùn)行，其它改造機(jī)泵的投用工作正在緊鑼密鼓地進(jìn)行。此舉為這一關(guān)鍵裝置各類機(jī)泵的安穩(wěn)運(yùn)行提供了可靠保障，同時(shí)將大大降低潤滑油的耗量。

今年年初，該部在相關(guān)部門的大力支持下，利用催化裝置停工檢修之機(jī)，對(duì)機(jī)泵潤滑油系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造，引進(jìn)了機(jī)泵油霧潤滑系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用裝置內(nèi)的凈化風(fēng)將液體的潤滑油變成氣態(tài)的油霧注入到機(jī)泵的軸承箱，使機(jī)泵軸承潤滑由以前的“油浸式”潤滑改為“強(qiáng)制式”機(jī)械自動(dòng)化潤滑。據(jù)了解，該裝置使用油霧潤滑后，機(jī)泵軸承箱的溫度平均下降了6-8℃，潤滑油耗量降低了約三分之一，不僅可提高設(shè)備使用壽命，而且大大減輕操作人員的工作量。Earlier
